When I go to add listing to Amazon it won’t allow me to list the book? I’ve tried listing 20 profitable books and it says that Amazon is not accepting applications to sell that specific item. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hey. Am I missing something? I shipped my first 5 boxes of books into Amazon. You said shipping a 40 pound box of books is around fifteen cents per pound. I've found it's more like seventy five cents per pound. Even when I avoid split shipments Amazon is now charging a placement fee which has increased the shipping box about $0.30 per book. I've looked into the settings and there's literally nothing I have found to avoid this extra fee.

I'm just starting out and am finding every book I try is restricted!! Amazon wants me to submit some document showing I have bought at least 10 units from a the actual publisher to prove authenticity! WTH?! It isn't even super expensive books! HELP!
