Those are good questions, Dustin! Van life has brought us closer without a doubt. We use to be able to run off to a different room and hide. But now we are forced to interact when we have stressful times. We didn't realize how much we didn't know about each other even after 28 years of marriage. Most the time we are positive but there has been some challenges. If you can live in a 72 Square foot van for 4 years and still want to travel together than it's meant to be. 👱‍♂️👩🐕🎾

One of your best camping spots, I love the rocks and it's good to see Dave has the drone in the air again. The drone footage sets the tone for some of your videos. Great idea with the cabinet doors and the covers. Duel purpose saw blade, cuts and cauterizes at the same time 😉. I think the door stickers are a nice touch. Grab handle is also a safety feature, especially for the older people with balance issues. Always a thumbs up 👍

I just got my drone back from the repair shop yesterday. I will be testing it today to make sure all goes well. People have been kind enough to loan me their drones for the past month😂😂 When we get done with this beet harvest in Montana we hope to get a special permit to fly the drone in a couple of state parks in Utah...one in Moab! I can't wait. It's going to be epic. 😎

I have always wondered about securing your food in bear country...if everything is in your rig with you, do you stow all your food in the bear box? Clearly no one empties their fridge, or stows their 12v cooler in there. Just curious and I thought, as full timers, you would know how it goes. For the most part our van is a giant bear box. We don't leave any food or food smells outside the van at night.. We also lock the doors because bears in populated areas know how to open door and climb in. Bears in the backcountry will normally stay away if there is no food scent around. Roodle helps guard the van as well. At night if he smells or hears a nearby animal he lets us know. Worst case scenario we could drive away. 👱‍♂️👩🐕🎾 🐻

We have never noticed any hot spots on the floor. The hottest areas have a heat shield protecting. Plus we have insulated the floor with one-inch foam board and 3/4 inch ply wood. I would be honored to show off our map in more detail in the future. I love this map. Thank you for the idea. 😎

We have most most on the FreeRoam app. There in an Armycorps of Engineers website but it's confusing for us and does not separate the free/pay campgrounds. Ioverlander also has some listed just because it's a free camping area but there is no way to search directly for them.
