Free Campsite Near Great Ocean Road: Tanners Road | Otway Forest Park | Father-son Camping

Tanners road bend campground is a free campsite in Otway forest park. No booking are required. Just show up and pick a spot. There are drop toilets and fire pits. It’s dog friendly campsite. No phone reception (I have Telstra). No rubbish bin and water. Enough space for motor homes and caravans.
We decided to have a father son camping in January school holidays on Friday for one night. Tanners road campground is safe for families. It is popular for people with horses and those into mountain biking.
As it is only 20-30 minutes from great ocean road, it is also popular with people visiting beaches for surfing etc.
It does get really busy as shown in the video.
