Hi Jeremy, i have a question here about DAI optional check at 16:00 with also that example. DAI won't check the message on trusted port, when PC1 send ARP request to SRV1 and SRV1 send response, the ARP response won't be checked on SW1, right ? How is the optional check work if the ARP response won't be checked ? Or maybe when we configure the optional check, the ARP response will be checked ?

Dear Jeremy, I want to start my CCNP studies and you have mentioned dozens of time that boson is a very good studying resource and I can see why. But I don’t know exactly which one to buy. I think boson netsim is a good choice, as I can lab CCNP topics and recall CCNA topics as well. Please recommend one. Thanks!

@@middleeastmedia7312 Yes it is, but it seems it is not designed for labs. I want only labs but one that would include both CCNA and CCNP topics

NetSim is good! But for your main CCNP study material, I recommend checking out the OCG and using google to research each exam topic. At the CCNP level and beyond you'll need to be more independent in your studies (can't rely on a single course or book to teach you what you need)

So the switches don't inspect traffic on untrusted ports going to the device? Only those leaving, correct?
