​@@countdown_4324you only get 10% def reduction if the enemy doesn't have quantum weakness. the bonus 10% (which will make it 20%) will be triggered if the enemy has a quantum weakness technically, the set still works though

It’s because of Pela and the resolution light cone, the def shred stacks up, the more you have the better it gets

It’s not a guarantee freeze, so I decided to wait a bit, taking hit from Kafka gave me energy for the team. When it’s Ratio’s turn, I decided to use the freeze to put one more debuff. Yukong was able to use ultimate with the extra energy

I have an account where I can only use the characters you get for free (I can pull for weapons and stuff, but only w/ what you are given, so no money, and you can't use the characters unless they are cons) My problem is that I pulled Pela, but like- Every single source I find online says she isn't one you get for free? But you use her in your only free character runs? Pls help, am I allowed to use her or not-

She is one of character from 1.4 free selector, and she can be obtained through shop in Feb&Aug. I think it would be easier to start with 4 star + dr.Ratio, without Tingyun it’s really hard

@@okashi_gaster2764 yes you should, you already have a disadvantage of not having the resources and free tutorial lc. I would say my runs are nearly impossible without Pela. And for Sushang, she isn't a great character that will break the game, so you should use her as well. Again my Pela is e5, and most people should have Pela or built her at this point

For Lynx, you need to complete the game mode called Pure Fiction, it will unlock after the main quest in Luofu. For Pela, she was free in v1.3, you can get her from the shop now but it does costs 7 pulls, but getting one copy of her is worth it
