I understood that it is a Paratha means "Flat Bread" and you choose if you want cheese on it... so it is Paratha that comes with cheese... so delicious,... in Jordan we have similar like Mankousha with Cheese the round bread ... but am not sure what kind of cheese they use.. cause every cheese has different taste... I love it...
