HOW TO CLAIM CARDS:
Step 1.
Claiming cards must be done so by emailing me your name, KZbin name, and address to my email "[e-mail]" if you don't use our normal Paypal.me link. If you use our normal purchase link, you don't have to do the above steps listed.
Step 2.
Then, by joining our discord, request shipping in our "Shipping Tab", if done correctly, your cards will be shipped next period. If you don't do so, cards will not be shipped next period. I will hold cards for upwards to 2 MONTHS before confiscating them UNLESS told otherwise by the individual or another purchase is made on stream.
Step 3.
Patiently await receiving your cards and please show us in the discord when they arrive! Show off your pulls to the community and join us again for another stream, where you should purchase more cards if you can!
IMPORTANT:
IF you don't request shipping in our Discord, buy new cards in order to reset the wait period (2 Months), or pay shipping fee's in a 2 month period, you will forfeit cards.
VERY IMPORTANT, READ:
If you EVER conduct a false chargeback/fraudulent chargeback case with our business through PayPal your items will be subject to the following:
All items purchased will be held until the chargeback is canceled, if it moves on to a Paypal case, your items and all items purchased are forfeited back to the business. We DO NOT conduct any scam’s, fraud, or deceptive practices in our business, due to that we take chargebacks very seriously. If a chargeback is in our favor, after Paypal decides, we will keep and have the ability to reuse all items purchased by you that were forfeited post said chargeback.
If you happen to win the chargeback due to Paypal contacting your financial institution, typically resulting in Paypal siding with the buyer even in false cases, I will be contacting the local court associated with your Paypal address and summoning you for small claims court. This will result in a lawsuit, and will happen to you, if you win the fraud case on Paypal.
You will have to appear digitally or physically depending on location to defend yourself. Granted I have/keep proof of any and all purchases, tracking numbers, video of all instances, chats, etc. I can easily provide these to a judge to make the final decision, which I have full confidence resulting in you inevitably being convicted of fraud in a legal system. I have no issue doing so. So please, think twice before committing fraudulent acts through our stream. I highly suggest against it. Let’s do safe and clean business together!
