Quote "Since the first Lok Sabha elections in 1951, there have been at least 35 candidates who have won the parliamentary polls unopposed. In Manipur, there was insane booth capturing by NSCN miltants who support NPF (BJP ally) for Outer MP seat. The level of shamelessness is just astounding. Before the polls, both Congress MPs were threatened and one of them even had gunfire at one of his meetings. The Outer MP candidate wasn't allowed to hoist his party flag either. The bank accounts of the Congress were also frozen. EC knew and saw all this and they did nothing. So many videos of BJP and NPF workers and NSCN militants arguing and intimidating people but no action. Shame on the EC. BJP and its allies will be the death of democracy in India.

If you go by EVM VVPAT case verdict, Supreme Court seems to have lot of confidence in the current ECI. Especially Sankiv Khanna and Deepankar Dutta's comments are laudable in the current state of democracy in India. They deserve good awards and rewards like Bharat Ratna or any greater for their performance from the current regime. Also Rajiv Kumar seems to be a good poet in Tamasha's darbar, practicing poetry in front of media. 👏 👏 👏
