No its definitly not sure. If you buy a ticket, you can use your ticket this year (if possible) otherwise your ticket can be used in 2022. There is a little change that this event is possible but i don't think so.

Although we are optimistic about the future, we are aware of the measures that can be taken by the government concerning the corona virus and the uncertainty this brings. When Free Festival 2021 can’t take place on the scheduled date, we directly offer a refund of your deposit (on request), the option to transfer your deposit into a voucher or move the deposit to secure your ticket for the next edition.
