Wholeheartedly agree. It gives players the option to run dungeons which is way more enjoyable while getting some fragments too. I think if this *is* a bug, they should introduce a cost before the dungeon to make all fights or some fights have monarch enemies.

@@Thriftshoppin my guess is that they wanted to make it so you spend 1 brooch charge for the entire dungeon which is fine in my opinión if that is how they fix it

Can confirm, this was patched out of the game as of the 10/17/2023 patch (Version 0.13). Each dungeon room will eat a Brooch charge now, it seems.

Without this "bug" I wouldn't have enjoyed the game because I'd have literally 0 wafku fragments and wouldn't have been able to try different builds and different characters..
