I think this movie is just a test of how much trust you have or dont have in your own mind. If you have trust your gonna say that was her twin sister at the end and if you dont have trust your gonna say she was cheating and dude set him up, it just depends on how messed up your thought process may or may not be.. So this whole movie is just a test on where you are with trust and your mindset and its meant to be confusing and make you think.. Good movie

Great Movie. The trick to the movie is that we are watching the movie from David's perspective. We saw what he saw. When in actuality Kenny was with Sweetie(Karen's sister). Good writer/director.

Love the ending. Never judge because when you find yourself on the other side of the fence in the person's shoes, you will fully understand what they are going through and have been through. Sometimes we are so caught up in other people's world we forget to fix things in ours.

This movie somehow reflects my life. When I was broke I had a lot of girls. They were all beautiful and amazing.. They loved me because I was always there for them... I worked hard so that I could be responsible since I felt guilt for not being supportive. They now say Am too busy and I don't have their time.. It's difficult to understand women.....

Ok...I think I get it now. Kenny was sleeping with the sister the whole time, and I'm hoping that when David saw Kenny in his room he was hallucinating. Because I heard the gun go off and Kenny was nowhere to be found when the sister was getting killed...and there was no indication that either man had been shot. Good movie overall...great messages...awesome plot twist. Very original and well done. The acting was phenomenal. Good job guys!!!

He's not really in a physical prison. He is in a prison in his mind. He has imprisoned himself with his own mistrust and pushed away everyone away and lost everything. He wasn't sleeping, narcissistic, dealing with a memory issue, wasn't paying attention to the everyday details, he was irritated with his own clients and taking medication and alcohol with the meds. He could have been suffering with paranoia schzophrenia. The night he came in he was drinking and possibly medicating. Wow! Great movie.

I actually had to listen to what Kenny told David at the end. There was a sister that he hurt or possibly killed at the end. But they actually was playing mental games with David to make him think they were cheating together. They got the plan when Karen finally met Kenny at the galley and David was on the cell talking to someone. That's when the mental games began...Karen taking calls and coming in late being different. Lesson is Kenny proved to David that anyone would go crazy if they walked in and caught they love one in bed with another. David claims no one has felt the pain he felt or saw what he saw...but Kenny has and David is the one who caused it. MENTAL GAMES...DISH IT BUT CANT TAKE IT!!! Good movie

Wow it’s just crazy that David didn’t know kenny was getting revenge on him for sleeping with Kenny’s wife yrs ago and him as a therapist he trynna give out advices on how to cope with heartbreak to then for him to get tricked into thinking kenny and Karen been sleeping together but it was just an act to see that heartbreak is not a joke and u gotta be careful who’s woman u mess with cuz you’ll never know how unpredictable and how mindful they can be in order to get u back no matter if ur just a man trynna get some play.. David never wanted to listen to anyone and was so quick to make assumptions in order to play victim in his behavior.. on top of that his assumptions and insecurities got him so hard that he killed Karen’s sister cuz he thought she was Karen someone lost her life cuz of his hallucination… now look where it got him.. kenny played it so cool in this process of vengeance although it took yrs but get revenge has no expiration date I guess

The twin was dating Kenny not the wife even though the wife was cheating but not with him, the twin was when the girl had her hair up and when it was shorter and curled under more! That was the wife at the art gallery, that was the twin at the bar Kenny met her, that was the twin that picked him up from the Park, that was the twin getting a book late nite and that was the twin when he came in the house in the last part. Karen and Sweet's are sisters. Their fashion styles are very different including the hairstyles. Karen was taken back on how strong Kenny came on to her at the art exhibit. I do wonder if Karen was dating the docs colleague. Remember the one who inquired if he was taking his meds. The doc was suppose to call Karen to make arrangements on their anniversary night but he forgot. Kenny wanted revenge so he thought he was with Karen but it was Sweet's. The doc would not have recognized the car Kenny got in because it was Sweet's and not Karen. Folks in the docs house were like ships passing in the night. He was probably too boozed and medicated to realize Karen's sister was there. Notice the messiness in the house when showing the sister vs Karen. So many other hints. That's my two cents. So enjoyed this movie. I love mysteries. So worth watching on the big screen.
