This thing is good for the tiny fingers in the aircraft. My calloused, tree stump fingers dont work with touch screens. Still waiting for the Blackberry to come back.😉

I filled out the company's query form on their web site a couple weeks ago. Still no response. I certainly won't be giving them my money. I sent some questions to King Schools about their GTN Essentials course the same day I queried this company. King replied the very next day. Also, this video does nothing but hourglass, and never plays. I've tried it several times on several days. All other videos on KZbin run OK for me, so I have to assume this video is the problem. I've already seen your customer service in action; is this an example of your product quality too?

@@davesimpson6367 Thanks, I spent about an hour at the airport after my flight looking at several different videos trying to find a way to transfer the database updates wirelessly from my iPad. I downloaded them to the Garmin Pilot app. I didn't realize you have to have a $1,000 gadget to wirelessly transfer it. Can I use my own SD card with the database updates downloaded to it and insert in the GTN 650 Xi to transfer them? Or, do I have to upload the database updates on the Garmin SD card exclusively? Thanks again!
