In a case of a larger numerator than denominator, e.g. 698 / 23, could we give the denominator a power of 10 and shift the answer 1 d.p. to the left?

can you provide an example of a test case that differentiates the two questions? i.e. a test case where a non-reduced fraction terminates but a reduced version does not
