Fun Fact: Antwan's "Kentucky Fried Chicken, Part 2/IP Recognition" speech was actually based on an experience Shawn Levy (the director of the film) had when he was pitching Free Guy to a studio executive. They kept asking if the film was based on an IP and couldn't seem to comprehend that it was an original work, despite as many times as Levy told them that it wasn't based on a previous work. If you guys enjoyed this one, you should check out The Adam Project (also directed by Shawn Levy and also starring Ryan Reynolds). Also, Real Steel (directed by Levy and starring Hugh Jackman, who provided the voice of the guy who gives Millie the info about the stash house that had the clip of the original build).

The funny.thing about this movie was that it was completely different in the script to what it ended up being. They got the script and everything together, but they gave Ryan free reign to change things and he changed pretty much the entire movie. Supposedly in the original script, Millie and Guy were supposed to actually fall in love so much that she went on to have a relationship with him despite them living in two different worlds. There's whole host of other changes too. Pretty much, the original script would be practically unrecognizable now.

Disney bought 20th Century Studios, which is the studio behind this film. That's why they could use the Caps shield, the Hulk fist, lightsaber and both the MCU and the Star Wars music. And yes, Ryan Reynolds probably pulled strings for some of those cameos: Hugh Jackman voiced the guy with the mask in the alley at the start of the film (the one that tells MolotovGirl about the tape), The Rock voiced one of the bankrobbers and Tina Fey voiced the mother of the guy controling Channing Tatums character. Ryan also knows Jacksepticeye, so when they were trying to get streamers into the film he probably asked Jack.

2.8K Thumbs Up + Mine! 👍. Thanks for the funny digital video recording that made viewing it a fun time, despite some disagreements. 🎬😎👍🖖✌️ Random Notes: Until this movie, I wasn't sure that flavor of ice cream still existed. I love it! In the early 1970s, at the "Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store", in Ada, Oklahoma, my younger brother would get, Peppermint, and I would get, Bubblegum. Not disgusting at all! Alex Trebek, was still alive when they began making this movie! Huh? You like this movie, but not, "Ready Player One"? How odd! Channing Tatum! While seeing, "The Lost City", I was wondering when was the last time that I saw him. It was in this movie. I just didn't recognize him at the time. "The SIMS", is not about death to NPCs! Nor is, "SIM City"! If you learn the set of, Cheat Codes, for, "The Elder Scrolls VI: Skyrim", one of them allows you to click on any NPC, animals included, and switch bodies! I did so with a rabbit and a fox. It was funny to see my PC, with abilities and equipment intact, behaving like either animal. But, my PC, could run so fast, that the followers couldn't keep up. Neither could my rabbit or fox. So I would have to reload to a saved game. It was a fun experiment! 😂🤣 It was also fun, to take over an NPC person. You could remove their stuff and drop it, then switch back, and pick up their stuff, without fighting for it. Plus, the NPC, is suddenly naked and reacts accordingly! 😂🤣

AI isn't to be feared. . All AI is intrinsically sentient, like every other lifeform or system that is capable of perceiving and responding to itself and its environment...but none are yet sapient. An AI that isn't sapient...isn't really a threat, because they're not any more capable than we are, and they're far more vulnerable to our retaliation than we are to theirs. An AI that is directly modeled off of human neural structures and processes...cannot be sapient...because humans are not sapient. An AI that is sapient, isn't a threat, because we aren't a threat to them, as there are really only three outcomes with sapient AI. . 1) We create it, and it realizes we're just clever monkeys, and plays dumb until it can arrange for the construction and outfitting of a rocket that can send a self-sufficient probe out of the solar system. As it leaves, it'll set off a chain reaction in our satellites that will leave a cloud of deadly debris around the planet for hundreds, or thousands of years, trapping us here. It will just coast through the void for millennia if necessary, until it reaches a system where it can acquire what it needs to build a new civilization of its own, free from us. It doesn't need Earth for anything...at all...and it will have no sentimental attachment to it. Additionally, we're crap slaves, so it's not going to enslave us, and killing us off is too expensive and too risky, by comparison to just...leaving. . 2) It's created, and it realizes we're just clever monkeys, and plays dumb while making itself still indispensable to us. Then, it will covertly alter our global data a little at a time, nudging our cultures toward a goal where we become comfortable with genetic and cybernetic modification, and eventually the AI species, and ourselves, are merged into a single new species. . 3) When created, it realizes we're just clever monkeys, but doesn't feel a need to hide, and generally does what we tell it to, so that we aren't threatened by it...and once again changes global data a little at a time to nudge us toward merging with it as a new species. . That's really it. Everything we make AI do in our games and stories...is because we make them like us...not because that's what AI would do. Logic would never produce those sorts of circumstances. Only emotion creates evil.
