Hell yeah this is my only concern for truck driving.. seeing my pops lose his health over the years and what not. But this is encouraging me to move forward and do it. I’m a wildland firefighter and I am looking eventually to slow things down with my life and get to trucking if things don’t get better for us. Blessings brotha! Stay safe 🫡

Push ups can be done if the mattress is lifted and ya got the whole bed to do push ups
