i usually use flowable rubber dam to fix the matrix better cervically + instead of using a dirty glove for palatal wall, use celuloid strip

Probably will be bleeding gingiva after aplied matrix? What do think about that as we know we have so less patient that gingiva is %100 healty not bleeding ı think bleeding will effect the color and success of compozit filling that is my opinion metal matrix I see that min 1.5 mm going to apical side from all through the gingival sulcus

So, after you've pushed that matrix into place subgingivally and then wedged both the mesial and the distal, on a REAL patient, not a typodont, they bleed all over the place ruining your bond interface when you remove the matrix and wedge at an intermediate step like shown in this video.

Great Work 😁👍🏻 If you ever want a Human to use for Videos or anything please give me a shout! I suffer from Myoclonus Dystonia which makes my muscles on my left side twitch, through the years I have chipped my teeth, had them filled, filed, repaired, more recently had TM Joint pain and have been grinding, I have some wear, a few chips, but overall Not too bad, I would absolutely Love all my teeth Cosmetically Repaired so they were all perfect, also a Really good polish and whitening treatment to get them a few shades whiter and nicer ☺️ I have one squint front tooth, I would just Love straight teeth and I don’t think my bite is correct as one of my bottom teeth are hitting the back of one of my front top ones, I can feel something there but my dentist says he can’t see anything through his 3x magnification glasses 🤓 but try telling my Tongue there’s nothing there, it feels like a bit skin or something right at my gum line! Sometimes it goes under the gum but them it comes out again, I really (I think) need a proper Scan or something to see what it is, it drives me crazy all day and night apart from when I sleep 😞 I would love that looked at and whatever it is removed, my Bite adjusted so my teeth aren’t banging together and any small chips or wear rebuilt so my teeth look perfect, I really hope one day I can have my wish come true! I dont know if I would need sedated though as I can be Twitchy in the chair, I can’t help it, I’m Not nervous, it’s when I know I need to lie still my brain says differently and it makes me worse, for about 10 mins or so till I relax a bit more. Maybe you could suggest some treatment ? Do you have patients who are twitchy at all ? I would Love to know! And remember, any future videos or practice, I’m ‘Available’ Your time for mine and as much treatment you want to give and as much video time you need 😁👍🏻 2h, 5h, 2 days, Anything, it would be Really interesting especially with the medical condition I have, it only affects approximately 1 in 1,000,000 So Very Rare! Never know, maybe we can chat at some point and get me my Smile back, I don’t think it would take you long straighten my front tooth then even a few veneers for my main smile and rebuild some from say the front 8 (4 top 4 bottom) ☺️👌🏼 Thank You, Keep up the great work, Zander 💖👍🏻 🦷 🪥 😃
