Free hot water and PG&E smart-meter/theft device

Inexpensive, passive, Solar (summer) hot-water heater...And I just caught P.G. & E. stealing my gas-money(1200% hike in NG charges-per month- with thier smart meter!). Now I have bought a brand-new NG meter I am connecting directely after thiers since they couldnt wait for me to get rid of the smart meters after a complaint to the California PUC thru TURN.org.(they have the coplaint form) Put all your bills on excel...this shot them down as you couldnt believe. hi- sorry for the schitzoid[sic] state...they wanted to 'audit' my cabin! They have just told me the pilot-lights' useage of gas in neglible to nothing. If that is the case, how is the usage of gas, now, 1800% MORE. Today, I 'm asking for a reading of the meter, and will have it sut-off and go back to propane, using the same line. I use a 20 ince cook stove. The shed is now going to be used as an alternative living space and solar thing. I have a wind generator. These guys are liars and thieves.
