For me I been using a DELL laptop n it doesn't matter weather and or not I download it when I try to buy credits it says purchase unsuccessful but ik i got money on my mf card n ion got no siblings so there ion wtf is going on with imvu😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

how about for surveys? when I do surveys I only get 20 credit but not the full credit. why?

i don’t recommend surveys, they tend to take extremely long with no specific end time & as you experience.. only gives you partial credits

You have to pay attention to what they are asking for. For example the survey is about "Home & Family" you gotta give all the relevant answers to appeal to them if you don't then that's when you get 20 credits. So basically you gotta lie🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
