I am hearing this from some other people. Not sure why a University like Harvard would lie. However, there are some other institutions in the USA that offer free courses with certifications. For example freecodecamp.org but the area is limited to IT and programming.

There are so many choices. I would suggest start with Excel and Python. There are free courses on my channel with certificatin. Besides website designing, graphic designing, Data Analytics, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++ all are good options.

if you have enough time you can enroll in many. I would suggest doing the courses one by one. Every organized and sensible person would use this approach. One at a time, and pay full attention to one course and once you are done go to the next one.

Nearly 16 hours of video on KZbin is free. I do believe Pakistani nationals can benefit from that. However, I was not sure that the actual course for certification is free, but I did mention that in my video. Assuming that you have confirmed from the Uni page that it is not free.
