It's on the highest level of the parking garage... level 7. There are 16 level 2 chargers for Tesla chargers. Not sure if it is free or paid. I downloaded the app and it says 32 cents per kw and then I also saw FREE. Roll the dice and give it a try. Do me a favor and comment on the video and let me know how it worked out for you
