You connect to the channels through your internet connection or Wi-Fi from your phone. Then access the apps through your Roku, Firestick, Phone or Tablet.

If you live in Ireland you would probably need a VPN to watch most the channels you named. Unfortunately most of the channels require a monthly subscription with FUBO TV or PHILO. You can get it on your Roku device, but unfortunately you have to create a login now. Once you are signed in there will two options. Restart Service or Watch Free Shows. Click Watch Free Shows options and it will work on your Roku device then. All the SlingFree Content will be listed there.

You could previously with Locast but that service was shut down. You can only watch local channels for your area on the specific network apps such as NBC, CBS, FOX, and ABC etc…

Yeah I would start with a Roku Device just like you were thinking. Most of the content you can watch on CBS and ABC apps without a login. As for bounce you watch on demand content with the bounce app on Roku.
