I've owned over 20 Sols....have 5 right now. Know these cars and value quite well. Given the rare, low mileage of 40k (if that's original) i would strongly urge you to make no modifications. Instead, keep it as stock as possible - but give it an extensive detailing. Even though it's a base S model, these Sols are worth more in virgin, oem condition. Unless it's been done recently, I would suggest replacing the timing belt, water pump, etc. Enjoy your new ride!

That is the conclusion I have come to. I ran Carfax and miles appear legit with service records. Given your experience, what would you estimate it is worth as is?

That car is way too original and low mileage to do any mods to it will be worth the most completely stock and clean if you plan on selling it

For sure. It needs some TLC, but overall drives great and AC blows cold. From what I have seen, could possibly get $4k right now being low mileage. The longer I keep it, the more I want to mod it. That and the fact that I have kids and don't have anytime to mess with it has me leaning towards selling as is.

Going on 8 months now. Still don't have a build date. I bought another Ram a couple months ago, but my other truck will be due for upgrade at the end of the year. So still waiting to see if the 450 ever shows up.
