The whole idea of Elite Raids was that you were meant to get better rewards - i.e.: rare spawns after completing, rare candy XL etc. as compensation for completing a higher difficulty raid that had to be in person. They’ve silently scrapped and nerfed these rewards and still expect everyone to buy in and play. As it stands they are a waste of time and effort for little/no reward. Why does Niantic hate its own community so bad?

Yes, on average you will get about 80 energy so 5 raids at least, but some people are saying you might get enough energy from the free research but who knows

Dragon Ascend is STILL GOOD IN RAIDS. If ur in a raid with other players, and you have multiple Rayquaza in there, but only 1 is the Mega, the other ones still have the move, plus other players in the Raid r likely to have another Mega, so it can boost the move.

I have still an Meteorite from the Last Rayquaza raids. I couldnt Raid because i was busy. Now i have a second Meteorite and still cant Catch a Rayquaza because i have No Friends to Raid Elite raids. it's just local raids that you can't reamote raid and they only appear at elite gyms(you can see if gym is elite if it has "elite gym" writed on it and to create elite gym it must be created above dark green path in map) and the are just litlle bit harder (boss hp 22500 instead of 20000hp)
