Hi Debra, That is odd. I've never seen that before! I would try a different browser to see if that helps. If you click, rather than click and hold to open in a new tab, it should allow you to download straight from Dropbox. ~Liz

@@sdl4208 Hi Dionne, did you try a different browser to see if that helps? It sounds like the browser isn't processing the download correctly. You could try Chrome, Safari, or another browser.

Liz Kohler Brown hello Liz I sent the item to my Goggle Drive. Then opened in Goodnotes, once it goes to Goodnotes, the document is empty, won’t open In Goodnotes, and document is completely blank in the trash bin of Goodnotes. Hopefully this helps fix it.

Dionne'snewlifestyle that is odd! I just tried it via Drive and it worked normally for me. It could be an app update issue, like if one of the apps isn’t updated to the newest version so it isn’t working normally. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help! Liz

Hi Liz first of all I want to say thank you for the planner but I have a quick question I’m new to notability but I just downloaded it in there but the function aren’t seem to be working like I can’t press on any month and won’t take me to that month, just wanted to ask you maybe I’m doing something wrong? Hi Carlos, If you are using Goodnotes, you have to be sure the no pencil symbol is on before clicking links. If you’re using a different planner app though I can’t say for sure what the problem could be!

@@CarlosRodriguez-kc6yu Oh I see. I've never used Nobability, so I can't say for sure what could be going wrong. I know a lot of the people who use my planners use Notability, so I'm guessing it's a matter of finding the feature that allows you to click links rather that write. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble! I've used this planner in Goodnotes 4 and it worked normally for me. What kind of issues are you seeing? Also, the Goodnotes 5 update is free, so you may considering downloading that instead!
