Would it be okay to take the paper out of the middle section when you've finished each block to reduce bulk before putting the whole thing together? The idea of removing all that paper at once is a bit daunting. Thanks for the excellent pattern.

You can remove the center papers only if you wish but I find it is easier to do my stay stitching and then remove all the paper before I start sewing all those blocks together. Brenda, when you use the tracing wheel to pierce your paper foundation, do you do it directly on the cutting mat, or do you have something as a cushion between the paper and the mat? I am trying to figure out just how the wheel will pierce the paper like you show. Anyway, another great video from you. Have to say you are such fun to watch.
