Personally I would of used unistrut channel instead of the roof rack.

Yea, I just found this to be the easiest way to just get the panels up there. I can always change it later. Thanks for the comment!

Will the panels go width wise? You could add a 3rd that way.

I would have to run extra bars between the cross bars to attach them to as they are not quite long enough to reach the roof rack side rails, but yes, it could be done.
