R2 lushang. You can also go for r2 chuyao if you also want to improve in more pve areas. R0 lushang is alrdy good enough for everything in pve

if you care about leaderboard in falsetto, yes she is still top dps. you need her supports though like ls and fx. otherwise chu yao banner is after

Those espers will allow you to farm new shimmer faster PER WEEK if im reading it correctly. You can still get the new shimmer without them as long as you have everett

Do you have any ripple boxes left? If you can get her somewhere to r5, id say you should get her r3 now. If you cant, skip her completely. Anything below r6 she is near useless.

Bro where on earth did they say you need those 4 espers to summon birdman's resonances? The WEEKLY limit to summon birdman is 100 mainwaves. WEEKLY. That means all the extra 4 espers will probably do is increase the WEEKLY limit by 50 each for example. So in case its not obvious enough yet, at base state you can gain 1 copy of him weekly. Depending on how much they increase the limit, you could get 2 copies of him weekly. Jesus
