I have two of these and decided to replace both bulbs at the same time and both were incredibly stuck. Just wiggle it in a circular direction while pulling very hard and they will come out eventually. Kind of ridiculous, I know

Thisis what I'm experiencing right now. I guess the guy in the video's bulb popped out easily because it was brand new. I've had mine for 2 years and this old bulb does not want to come out!
