Respect to you guys and all the freerunners around the world. Really inspiring.

It's awesome that you guys teach. I tried to teach someone but he tried to do a flip when I knew he wasn't ready, and well broke his wrist

when you start free-running its good to start out young about age 10 to 11 for who ever wants to do free-running because its something you have to commit to and practice and try your best and who ever wants to do it go and do it don't ever let anybody tell you that you cant do it.And you need to start out small and work your way up.......
@ChiChan24315 жыл бұрын
What I'm kinda wondering about, is how can you push yourself to learn to do flips and tricks and stuff. How do you gain the courage, confidence, and strength?
@Sunfalcon32515 жыл бұрын
Actually, by definition, anything that gets somebody from A to B faster is parkour. Free running, to me, is something fancy, almost acrobatic, that uses principles of parkour.
@ravagedflesh17 жыл бұрын
From some of the actual videos it looks like it requires some sort of martial arts or acrobat training. It's always fun doing those sorts of those things.
@TheMeshyMush14 жыл бұрын
Man I love freerunning. Its so fun lol. I started at 10 and I still do it here in Beaumont haha.
@xboomcazoox15 жыл бұрын
running shoes. doesnt really matter what kind. just change them out ever 2 months (for free running) I use a range of shoes, nikes, reeboks, newbalances, addidas, and some light weight pumas(used for martial arts sparring and soccer). But are you rolling as you land? (that could be why your feet hurt so badly.)

Why are there only about 4 freerunners in America? We need more!

Just do lots of physical things to get used to your body like handstands and workouts and stuff and then get a spotter until your comfortable enough to do the flips yourself.

@lsean I use condor tactical gloves (just google condor gear) they have nice grips all around imo, or ill use something with fingerless tips, or rock climbing gloves (rubber grips not the bare gloves where you need to chock )

Actually, it's okay. Parkour is just getting from point A to point B as fast as you can, even if that means just running to where you have to go.

wrongo. Free running is based on parkour, but is basically a more beautiful offspin. Parkour is trying to overcome obstacles as fast as possible, freerunning is trying to overcome obstacles as beautiful as possible. Just a rough explanation.
