I'm sorry to hear that, not having a system to run stuff just sucks ;-; Maybe there's mods that can help you graphically downgrade DL2? My older brother successfully got Skyrim and FO4 to run on an older laptop (iirc. It's been years since I saw that, but ik there's mods that can do this).
