i edit the footage in capcut, i basicaly just turn the "temperature" all the way down, turn the highlights down, and add "particles" in the adjustments section

also when filming, if i want to make the footage look more crappy, i change the camera film quality from 640x480 30 fps, to 320x240 30 fps.
