The title of the video is “Free Scopus Indexed Journals for Beginner Researchers”.
In this, we covered the free Scopus indexed journal for Engineering, Science, Social Science, and Management subjects.
Generally, researchers at the beginning stage, submit their papers to a high impact factor journal. Due to a lack of understanding, they got a desk rejection. As a result, they depressed and lost their enthusiasm. In order to avoid this inconvenience, I suggest you submit your first article to a low cite score Scopus indexed journal. Based on this experience, researchers can upgrade themselves for submitting papers to high impact factor journals.

Yes, you are right. Scopus and UGC care lists change frequently. We need to update whenever we are submitting the paper. For further details, please visit SCOPUS Playlist

APST journal scopus coverage years from 2017 to 2020 in scopus website, that means this journal is not scopus indexed
