Present mic should have more damage hence him being an attack hero. Rapids do more damage than some assault and attack chars. They need to keep chars in their respective rolls.

4:00 Rapid Toga is fine. She is not by far as annoying and op as Hawks.

She basically has Twice's Gamma in terms of stunning enemies for your team to melt in two seconds. Similarly to when we eventually got people doing Beta-Beta-Beta as Hawks, just wait until the Togas learn their guard break combos. Something I am glad for is both Hawks and Rapid Toga have burst DMG with long cooldowns, so they have weak fight longevity without pacing themselves like a hit-and-runner.

Right now Hawks has a bug with his Beta. If you hit someone right before the beta attack ends you will lose the whole stock as well as not be able to get the extra flight from hitting someone.

It's not worth buying crystals to get tickets. I'd just save up from ranked, events and dailies and save up for a character or quirk set that you like. Remember always try them out in training before summoning. PlayStation players do however get free tickets for having ps plus I think.

I'll be honest, and idk if this is a hottake or not but I think purple toga is still more annoying than her new skill set purple toga is just kind of brain dead I would know I main her but with blue toga you have to combo stuff and thunk about what your doing because her y is both your movement tool and blood suck move you have to be careful when using it because it can actually miss unlike purple toga's suck move
