Man I loved midterm and finals time cause of no classes. I knocked out lessons and PPTs during that time along with being able to chat with friends back home and watch YT. There was no nap time back in Korea. I had a lot of friends and colleagues who worked on their masters online with all the free time in the office.

These exams certainly offer a nice reprieve for teachers to do whatever they want. I wonder why nap time is more of a thing in China and Taiwan. Either way, I'm a convert!

"Punctuality is different." I still grapple with this.

Yeah, it can be a real pain the arse when you're ready to kick things off and people are still dragging in or eating breakfast.

Thank you my friend, I can't complain!

That’s nice that you’ve been having some downtime at your school. It’s interesting that the punctuality is different there. I wish it was like that in the U.S.

Yes, I don't mind the way they do some things here. It may seem a bit chaotic but things work somehow and it feels a bit more free. Thanks as always for watching Sis :)

Are you the only foreign language teacher in your public school right now?
@ryfree5 ай бұрын
Yes that's right. I'm their only foreign language teacher and the first one they've ever had.
