Hi Tonia. I'm enjoying your videos, especially the one about the Preston Market. If you will be going to the beach in the summer time [and of course we're just heading into winter now], you should remember to wear a hat, a long-sleeved top and sunscreen. One of the saddest things to happen to many African people who have migrated here over the past 20 years is that they are getting skin cancer because nobody told them to wear sun screen. They thought their black skin would protect them, and it doesn't. Their kids are OK, because the 'slip, slop slap' rules are enforced at school, but mum and dad never got that message. We take a pop-up tent on our trips to the beach, so we can have a nice nap without ending up in the hospital from sunstroke.
