This is because ,dude, The main lack in Germany for bachelors is that most of the programs have courses in German so firstly to do bachelors u have to learn German and do a course in German and write an exam to make the college accept that u have learned German so learning engineering in German is very tough

I don't think that's necessary...many schools provide German classes from as early as 6th grade And also you can learn German in less than 6 months by practising barely 1 hr everyday.
