ITS a SCAM.. In case if you won the H1B and enter US, you have to wait minimum 4 - 6 years with your current employer with low salary. Then only they may file i140 for Eb3/Eb2 green card and you have to wait another 15 years minimum for the green card. Your spouse cant work until you get H4-EAD number which may obtain once they file your i140 only. During time its difficult to manage whole family with your limited salary. When a child of an H-1B visa holder turns 21, they are no longer considered a child for immigration purposes.

If any body wants USA job don’t try this. It’s little easy from other Europian country other wise too much difficult. case filling, approval it take more than 10 years, and a important thing is don’t think H1b category visa very very hard to get GC. Try through USA recruit agent. Like OGP. She is zooming the image.

Savings , the statement is not that true. Usually big cities the salary is very good, but taxes and expenses are more. Smaller cities the wages are less. In past we have seen nurses are coming through agencies but later stage Nurses come out of the agreement by paying money?. But we have seen after few years Nurses are very happy. Then the question of their families. It is better not to come USA 50 to 60 Yrs., if you have good job now. For children sake many come in their old age, If children are smart they can come up.

This is wrong info as of now . First of all H1 b is for skilled category employees . RN is not in that category . I am an employer and been doing this . Please make sure you study well on this matter .

This is accurate information ; US recruiting firms contacted us and offered us a number of advantages, including the potential for H1 B visa status, because I am an Indian origin and an Irish citizen . I sincerely asked about this process and the US agencies begin processing nurses who expressed interest in relocating there from UK & Ireland anyway.
