They didn’t ask for time served because the case was dismissed, he paid the $25,000 fine, and all charges were reduced to a misdemeanor. The case is closed which the state defense and prosecutors reached a plea. He doesn’t have to serve time because the case is closed. The 27months is from the federal gun charge which is completely different than this state charge. This state charge is over and dismissed, which is why the didn’t ask for term served.

@@ryanthomason8059 you HEARD what they said but you wasn’t LISTENING.. He took a global plea which combined both cases together and he plead ‘no contest’ not ‘guilty’, the case wasn’t dismissed it was closed because he got sentenced.. This meeting was held because the decision was accepted by the prosecution a couple months ago but was never finalised by a judge

They said no to time served because the case is dismissed! The state defense and prosecution reached a plea agreement which he paid a $25,000 fine and all felony charges were reduced to a misdemeanor, and the case was dismissed(which is why they said no to term served) The 27months he got was from the plea agreement they reached from the federal gun charge which he will serve, it was two completely different cases (hopefully that makes sense)
