Free Your Feels- Savannah Teen Chat

Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Voices for Georgia's Children, @VOXATL, along with an incredible system of care partners, the Free Your Feels (FYF) campaign helps Georgia’s children, teens, and young adults stay mentally healthy by expressing their true feelings to peers, parents, teachers, and most importantly, themselves.
During this FYF Teen Summit in Savannah, GA, teens shared their experiences with mental health concerns, stressors, and healthy coping strategies. In addition, they discussed the importance of mutual support from peers and trusted adults.
