A month if listening to these videos mainly of STOICISM and actually eroded my past negative feelings, cleared my mind of all clutter and ushered me into a new world of inner positivity and serenity. Thank God and thank you for all that.

Buddhism emphasizes the importance of letting go of attachments to find true peace. Have you ever considered what attachments are holding you back in life, and how letting go could lead to more freedom and inner calm?"

As I stand now I no longer get upset by any blocks, setbacks and obstacle I encounter in my life. On the contrary I consider them not as roadblocks but as opportunities for learning more about life and growth. As soon as I sense any of them I immediately put my mind to rest and begin to think of a way to surmount them rather than moaning and growning on them thereby preventing myself from being a victim of such incidents that could sap energy from my body and disable me from thing serious of a way to provide a solution to them.

6:09 In a world constantly pushing us toward material success, how does the Buddhist philosophy of 'non-self' challenge the modern obsession with the ego? Could understanding 'anatta' free you from the pressures of always needing to be 'someone'?"

Don't fall too easily to seeking external validation and approval as this renders you vulnerable to others.

People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors you will never be because extern factors are endless. Happyness starts inside you. The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, violent, sneakyness, own benefits, hate, judge, comparing etc..... reflection of their broken empty souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time. No, dont feel better or superior then others but more be carefully and awake. Be the light in your own life. The here and now is where the magic happens
