You are true about the spine, I had many years of back pain and prolapsed discs. Eventually I had posterior and anterior spinal fusions. Completely stable now, but I came to the realisation that a lack of foundation in my life due to insecurity experienced in childhood due to emotional abandonment by the family.

Thanks for this video: Not being Obedient is what makes me move from my ''Prison'' back into reality. This means that i am one of the 5% to 10% of people who is not Obedient. And if this is right ( I am learning the Truth by experimenting ) then guesss what the other 70% ( about 20% can not be saved ) need to live from their prison back in to reality ( spoiler: A person who is not Obedient. Persons Like our ''friends'' Klaus and Bill etc are Obedient to someone above them! ). Funny world. Good luck..

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapeutic framework created by Richard Schwartz. I really got confused by the explanation here… Maybe Shunya was talking about family systems in general, not the IFS approach.

Awesome talk! I've been through many of the issues over the years on the path and it sounds like people are doing well even through it's not always a easy path. I had a dream where the Buddha was showing me myself in a huge mirror in a different robe than his and it made sense that his teachings are universal yet it is each individuals path determined by their path. 6 years ago after a long while of good health and cheer I was revisited by childhood traumas and the aches and pains of them. I thought why again....well it's because they were reenactments of previous life traumas and dramas with another souls so not only can you have things on your path blocking the next level you can also have entanglements with others so it is wise to let your children be their own souls at this time of rapid dissolving of old karma .

I recently left a girlfriend, i find myself wanting her back. But when i sit and listen to what my mind wants from her its not love its actually the nullifying of my desires and insecurities that i want. When i was with her, she has the ability to dull these needs in me. However the relationship is just stopping me from facing life without desire, facing aloneness.. Got to say im having another dark night and day of the soul at the moment. I wonder whos she's with, jealousy, i wonder if shes happy... Its all tough, i keep trying to let go of her, actually give her and new partner love, it gives me relief in some moments Can anyone relate to this... Love to all

you have explained exactly what i had went through, when you know the ultimate truth in yourself, you are excited for life, being alone isn't even a question, you are just naturally being and doing as you did before you met her. keep on persisting in this calling back of yourself. face yourself. don't ignore and dont face away from the feelings you need to address that are heavy, i turned away from things inside i need to address and always went to my girlfriend, i went numb and lost all vision and any energy to do anything, i destroyed myself in this emotionally unstable state.

Exactly what I'm going through right now. The desire to get her back or another girl is always coming back. When I look into it though, I can see the ego needs are not mine. I let her go so she could find someone that truly loves her and will give her what she wants. I decided to just accept the pain, because I can. Instead of turning away or wishing it to stop, I try to welcome it. It's been a rough month haha

I had a neuro injury at the end of 2017 which included an injury at the base of my spine. I experienced extreme restlessness and terror for no apparent reason. It calmed down massively but I'm assuming that this was an awakening of kundalini. I've had more positive kundalini experiences since as he describes stopping at the solar plexus chakra and the heart chakrais opening but feel I need more guidance as im realising the significance of all I've experienced. I joined a Mayahana Buddhist tradition but nobody except this man has been able to describe my direct experience. I've seen there are several programmes to choose from but I feel a little lost. I'm in the UK so would be joining online 😊
