Liv, I've been doing yoga with you almost every day for several months now so this is only an icing on the cake 💛 I'm based in Angola for a humanitarian aid mission and sometimes I feel exhausted, demotivated or simply alone. Yoga is what saved my spine! I had my L5S1 disc removed at the age of 23 (11 years ago)so it’s been a long painful journey to get here. This flow was so smooth and beautiful. Also this was my first class that wasn’t just an app session! So different but so great. Looking forward to more! Thank you!

Since my bf broke up with me out of nowhere and without any reason a week ago, I fell into a deep hole. Couldn’t eat anything, slept badly and found myself constantly crying at work, home and even during grocery shopping… Today it’s a new start for me, I’ll get through this and I will step on my mat again regularly. These 10 days are my way back into life!! Thank you Liv ❤️

I really enjoyed this first day practice!! I used to only ever do (or try to do) 60 mintures minimum of practice, so it is always so nice to shorten the practice, and to remember and realize just how much can be done in a shortened time frame! So lovely
