My brother sent this to me last night. I started watching it today. We were raised up in the church, and I am a backslider. With everything going on in the world today and in my life, maybe a quarter way through watching this, I got down on my knees and asked Jesus to forgive me and come back into my life. I came across this about an hour ago. I gave my life to Jesus at the end. I am a backslider too and need help. I’ll pray for you and you pray for me. I felt Jesus , cried when I prayed to him. Be good and I will do the same. Don’t know why had to write you but something told me to. Jesus will save us both.

RELIGION AND POLITICS DON'T MIX. So the serpent whispers in the ear of the church, and the church eats. The LGBT movement calls for members to elect the guardianship councils of their respective cities. That's right, they turn the church away from politics and public power and then use politics and public power to corrupt the children of the church. They drive God away from public offices, from our courts, from our schools, corrupting their children of GOD. Meanwhile, the church cowers saying, "Let us stay here hidden in our walls and nothing will reach us." Where are the children of the Church? How many have already been corrupted by public power. This public power imposes customs and laws on society that are totally contrary to God's designs. Today it will be the Jews, tomorrow it will be the Christians. But one day God will come and collect His lost sheep. It is time to wake up, to raise up Christian men and women, who cherish the word of GOD and do not corrupt themselves to the system. Form associations, uniting our Churches, even the smallest on the top of the mountain (FOR A DIVIDED KINGDOM TENDS TO DISAPPEAR), and thus occupy the spaces, whether in our Prefectures, in the councils, in the Faculties, in the courts. John 9:22, Rev 2:9, 3:9. Hagee counters all controversy by claiming criticism of them is anisemitism. Yet Jesus criticized them , and was without fault before God. He was killed for criticizing them, and here we are today, blessing that same system that still jeers and mocks HIM and calls him an "idol" . Whose side are you on Hagee and followers??

We must not confuse Biblical Israel with the modern, politically created nation in the middle east. The new testament sheds light on the old testament, including the fulfillment of OT prophecies concerning Israel. Both old and new testaments are inspired Scripture and must be taken together because the new fulfills the old. The new covenant has come and the old covenant is obsolete. In the Bible the nation of Israel was indeed God's chosen people under the old covenant, but when Jesus came and died on the cross, He established the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We read in Hebrews 8:6-13, 10:16-18, and 12:24 that the prophecy Jeremiah wrote about was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the new and better covenant. Therefore, all the OT promises made to Israel have been fulfilled in the Lord Jesus, who is the promised seed of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3 & Galatians 3:16-18). The nation of Israel that existed during the old testament era and at the time of Christ’s first coming fulfilled its purpose of bringing the promised Messiah to all the nations and is no longer a part of God’s plan of redemption for mankind, nor ever will be again. Modern day Israel is not the same as Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation by the U.N since 1948 and is not a fulfillment of any Bible prophecy. Jesus foretold of the destruction of Jerusalem in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. That event took place in 70 AD and that ended not only the Judaic age, but also God's dealings with Israel as a nation. How can this 1948 state of Israel be God's people since God never intended to have a permanent earthly, national people, adopted son because their chief function was to serve as a type and shadow of God’s natural Son, Jesus the Messiah. And since the Mosaic covenant is obsolete by the new covenant, constituted by Jesus who is the ultimate "Israel of God" and every believer united to him by faith (Jew or Gentile) how can this state be relevant to any Christian? Our focus as Christians should be to spread the gospel to all the world and not only on one nation in the middle east that has no particular significance to us or to God. Under the new covenant all people can come to faith in Christ and be saved, whether they are a Jew or a Gentile because the dividing wall has been removed and all who believe are one body in Christ (Ephesians 2:14). Only those who believe in Jesus are saved and are God's chosen, covenant people. We should pray for the salvation of Israelis just as we pray for people of all nations.

Praying for my son and other family members and friends. I think my son is saved but he's backslidden and is questioning everything now! I'm praying that if he's not truly saved, that the Lord will convict his heart and that he'll truly ask for forgiveness and give his life to the Lord! If he's truly saved, I'm praying for the Lord to draw him back to His side !

God made a covenant with Israel which was CONDITIONAL on their obedience and acceptance of Jesus as the Messiah. They rejected Jesus so all those promises made to Israel as a NATION no longer applies. That is why Jesus declared that "your house is left unto you desolate." (Matthew 23:38) God accepts Jews as INDIVIDUALS but Israel is no longer His nation because they rejected His Son as a NATION (Matthew 27:25). “As the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and you shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goes to possess it. And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other” (Deuteronomy 28:63, 64). The completeness and finality of this rejection is evident from Deuteronomy 8:19, 20: “As the nations which the Lord destroyed before your face, so shall you perish; because you would not be obedient unto the voice of the Lord your God.” The rejection of Jesus by the leaders of Israel (compare Isaiah 3:12; 9:16) meant the permanent, irrevocable cancellation of their special standing before God as a NATION (Jeremiah 12:14-16). This is not the politically correct view but it is the Biblical one.

The new testament sheds light on the old testament, including the fulfillment of OT prophecies concerning Israel. Both old and new testaments are inspired Scripture and must be taken together because the new fulfills the old. The new covenant has come and the old covenant is obsolete. In the Bible the nation of Israel was indeed God's chosen people under the old covenant, but when Jesus came and died on the cross, He established the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We read in Hebrews 8:6-13, 10:16-18, and 12:24 that the prophecy Jeremiah wrote about was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the new and better covenant. Therefore, all the OT promises made to Israel have been fulfilled in the Lord Jesus, who is the promised seed of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3 & Galatians 3:16-18). The nation of Israel that existed during the old testament era and at the time of Christ’s first coming fulfilled its purpose of bringing the promised Messiah to all the nations and is no longer a part of God’s plan of redemption for mankind, nor ever will be again. Modern day Israel is not the same as Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation by the U.N since 1948 and is not a fulfillment of any Bible prophecy. Jesus foretold of the destruction of Jerusalem in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. That event took place in 70 AD and that ended not only the Judaic age, but also God's dealings with Israel as a nation. How can this 1948 state of Israel be God's people since God never intended to have a permanent earthly, national people, adopted son because their chief function was to serve as a type and shadow of God’s natural Son, Jesus the Messiah. And since the Mosaic covenant is obsolete by the new covenant, constituted by Jesus who is the ultimate "Israel of God" and every believer united to him by faith (Jew or Gentile) how can this state be relevant to any Christian? Our focus as Christians should be to spread the gospel to all the world and not only on one nation in the middle east that has no particular significance to us or to God. Under the new covenant all people can come to faith in Christ and be saved, whether they are a Jew or a Gentile because the dividing wall has been removed and all who believe are one body in Christ (Ephesians 2:14). Only those who believe in Jesus are saved and are God's chosen, covenant people. We should pray for the salvation of Israelis just as we pray for people of all nations.

I pray that I'm counted worthy of the rapture. I've had a on and off relationship with Jesus. I've believed in Him and His Word. I don't do the things I should and I do the things that I shouldn't. And I always feel guilty of past sins. It's easy to forgive other but I have a hard time forgiving myself. I wish I had no will but to live out His Will and I hope that's why I can go to Heaven so I can live with Him and for Him and not have to worry about the Flesh or Sin. Please pray for me.

Jesus taught that you can “know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” There are many passages in the Bible that teach the truth about Heaven being a free gift from God because of what Jesus did for us on the cross, not by our own good works. One of the most clear and important passages is from the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians: Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Most people think that Heaven is a riddle which can never be solved. This is not true! The Bible is very clear about how you get to Heaven, and how it comes by faith in Jesus Christ, not by trusting in our own good works. We are living in the dispensation of the grace of God, by believing and trusting the gospel of salvation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) given to our Apostle Paul by Jesus Christ you are saved and sealed with the holy Spirit of promise till the day of redemption!!!
