My eldest son was also struggling from anxiety, but I gave him a tip that was given to me from the Holy Spirit. "GO to a place where there's no disruptions, and talk to Him our Father and God. He'll never judge you like people sometimes does. Go and listen to the silence or perhaps there will be birds making noises. 😢❤ just hold on to our Savior each day taking deep breaths of fresh air. Read Psalms 91 over and over. Take a daily walk no matter where you live. Amen God is a great God. ❤
