Great question! It's important to bring that up. Everyone in the video, except for our guest star dancer, actually does work at the farm. Owl House Farm has been able to operate with 100% local employees. Although- we would be STOKED to have some Latinos on the crew! Just haven't been blessed up with any yet. Owl House operates with a staff of 3 full-time employees, until harvest season, when we employ up to 20 local hard working folks. This video was a joy for us, because we filmed it with the crew the Friday before the Monday we began our 2019 harvest. It was the perfect crew party to celebrate the end of the growing season.
