Basketball is really difficult sometimes. LeBron had a good shooting night with 7/11, but he fumbled the ball seven times with only 8 assists. Reaves had a good passing night, 8 assists with only 3 turnovers, but shot a woeful 4/14. As a team, the Lakers had 18 turnovers! Combine that with letting the opponents shoot 53%, and you have bona fide blow out.

Usual story. LeBron is on the bench, team play decent, build momentum and a lead, or if we trail, close the gap. LeBron comes back in, the lead shrinks or the opposition pull away and we lose.
