Thanks for the video and kind of explaining what each buoy is. Would you follow up on what the "diver down" flag actually means? I understand that there is a diver in the area but what does that indicate to other divers, shore fishermen, boaters within view? Is there some kind of distance that another person/boater must observe if they see a dive flag? New diver here. Thanks!
