I did look them up ages ago and I think they're Rock Cook Wrasse, I might be wrong.

I'm amazed this is in Scotland. I've always thought of diving to be something done in the Caribbean or abroad. I stay in Prestwick, but I've never seen anyone diving here. OK, perhaps this is a stupid question. Is freediving where you hold your breath or does that mask aid you while under water? . Again, I'm sorry if that's a daft question. Good luck and stay safe.

Freediving is just holding your breath. You should give it a go, you'll be surprised how good it can be here!
