So cool! Would love to do that when I get some more experience. I only started free diving this summer.

Fun wreck dives? My deepest dive in a freediving course was 15m. I did it 4 times with contractions starting already halfway ol my way down on every dive. That was anything but fun, it was pure torture...

Jo Decaesteker oh dear that doesn't sound very fun! Maybe start with shallower dives and only go deeper when you start to feel more comfortable.

Amber Nerissa it was two years ago on my Aida 2* certification. It was in a 15m deep pool: perfect circumstances: calm water, nice temperature, visibility: endless. However...The dives where so traumatising I haven't been freediving ever since as I'm too scared and frustrated. Most problems with people having trouble in freediving seem to be equalisation. It wasn't for me: no problems wit eq at all! But...I seem to be the only one on the world who is already out of breath with hard contractions after only swimming 8 m down... and all this after I easily swam 30-40m horizontally underwater... (I actually did 50m) the week before. I can only conclude freediving is not for me.
