Can you explain if there is any risk while you taking your first breath after you back to the surface? seems like you have trouble to breathe . And why divers look like they swallow the air before they dive, and then underwater they mowing their mouths like they breathe the air they got inside , it's complicated to understand.

I can only say that the mouth movement is to equalise the pressure.

You need to get O2 and get rid of build up of CO2 after dive so you need to do fast pace breathing. Underwater if you dive below 30-40m you need to do so called mouthfill technique to equalize.

Груз на шее же висит, на носу зажим, для продувки, после 20 по моему она уже просто падала
